Zzzing! There goes 5th

At Mid-Ohio we got the Megasquirt EFI and ignition running well but lost 5th gear in our close ratio box during qualifying on Friday. I think that maybe it was starved for oil running clockwise on the high banks at Pocono last year. We plugged in our spare transmission and soldiered on. Since then I have been literally learning the ins and outs of the VW 020 transmission.
